IILM Alumni Association, Lucknow held its meeting on 29th January,2011. More than 50 alumni working in several companies like ITC, Birla Sunlife, Godrej, Calpro Foods, Reckitt Benckiser, Future Group, Radio Mirchi, Ajinomoto, Dr. Reddy’s Lab, Axis Bank, Management Institutions etc. attended the meeting and also interacted with the students.

Mr Anoop Mishra, President of the Alumni Association expressed his appreciation with regards to the commendable growth of IILM Lucknow and also stressed the importance of a strong alumni-institute interface to further enhance professional education. Mr Vivek Anand, Vice President of the Association, put forth the resolution that the alumni should facilitate the institute and the current students with regard to placements, summer training, industry interface, etc on a priority basis. The meeting was co-ordinated by Ms Meenakshi Chaturvedi, Secretary of the Association.

The Alumni Association also organized a cultural evening, in which noted Ghazal Singer; Kamal Khan mesmerized the audience with his incredible recitals. This event was planned and executed by the former students of IILM Lucknow, with special contribution of the Executive Body of the Association, comprising alumni from all previous batches of IILM Lucknow. Alumni and students enjoyed the evening very much.
