Strategic Self-management-With a Healing Touch

Our emotions and thoughts can occasionally overwhelm our self-control, resulting in actions that we wouldn’t necessarily consider to be our finest moments. But that’s why this program is here—to show you how to become more attentive and effective while also understanding the value of self-management. Self-management enables us to elevate our values, goals, time management and interpersonal connections. The health of yourself and your relationships will change significantly as a result of improving your self-management abilities. Our ability to guide ourselves through our own life directly affects how we guide others.

Course Objective:

The course aims to cultivate a fundamental awareness of one’s own and other people’s emotions, time management, leading a meaningful life, dealing with toxicity at work, and the art and science of exercising self-compassion to enhance personal effectiveness.

Dr. Vibhuti Gupta

  • Dr Vibhuti Gupta is a committed academic with a track record of working in higher education. She is an Associate Professor at IILM Academy of Higher Learning, Lucknow. She is an avid researcher and holds the UGC-NET (Public Administration) qualification. She graduated with a doctorate in public administration and a gold medal from the University of Lucknow. She also received from the same university her Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Development and Proficiency in French. She holds an MBA in addition to a Master’s degree in software engineering. She has presented papers at national and international conferences and has publications in peer-reviewed journals of repute to her credit. Many MDPs, FDPs, as well as national and international conferences, have been successfully organised by her. Her current research focuses on the application of a variety of theories, concepts and famous practices, including Ikigai (a Japanese concept), mindfulness (a Buddhist concept), emotional intelligence, and stress management, among students and working professionals such as academics, industry professionals, police officers, and doctors. In addition, she is Advisor (HR) to the Indian Industries Association. She has successfully led training sessions for a wide range of seasoned professionals from the public and private sectors.
